Delete account & data
How to delete your Pocket Agent account data on your device and request removal of server-side records. Required for Google Play and app store compliance.

This page explains how users of Pocket Agent can delete their account data. It is published by B9zero to meet Google Play, App Store, and privacy requirements for account and data deletion.

1. Delete data on your device (in the app)
You can permanently remove all business data stored on your phone or tablet and sign out without contacting support. Follow these steps:
- Open Pocket Agent and sign in if needed.
- Tap More in the bottom navigation bar (last tab).
- Under Account & Privacy, tap Delete account — "Remove your data from this device and sign out."
- Review the confirmation message, then tap Delete account to confirm, or Cancel to keep your data.


Before you delete
Deletion is permanent on this device. Export your data first if you need a copy: More → Data & Backup → Export Data, or use Backup & Restore if you use optional cloud backup.
2. What is deleted on your device
When you confirm Delete account, the app permanently removes local data including:
- All student records (profiles, passport/ID references, financial fields)
- Payments, cashbook entries, and transaction history
- Universities, programmes, and agent master data
- Offer notes, notifications, and receipt-related settings stored locally
- App preferences and local session data
You are then signed out of Google and returned to the welcome screen. This action cannot be undone on the device.
3. Request server-side data deletion
Pocket Agent may store limited account and activity information on servers operated by B9zero (for example sign-in events and device identifiers used for access control via B9 Central). This data is not removed automatically when you delete data on your device.
To request deletion of server-side records:
- In the app, open More → About Pocket Agent → Request server data deletion, which opens a pre-filled email; or
- Email support@b9zero.com with subject Pocket Agent — Delete my account data and include the Google account email you use to sign in.
We process verified deletion requests within a reasonable period (typically within 30 days). We may retain minimal records where required by law or for legitimate security and fraud-prevention purposes.
4. Data we may retain
- Google Drive backups (if you enabled backup): stored under your Google account until you delete them in Google Drive.
- Exports you saved (CSV, Excel, PDF): remain wherever you saved them on your device or cloud storage.
- Server activity logs: until you request deletion as described above, or as required by law.
